About the position
The Guest Claims Assistant position is a long-term consultant role focused on providing administrative support to the Workers' Compensation and Guest Claims departments. The consultant will engage in department projects and initiatives, ensuring confidentiality and collaboration with Claims Representatives, leadership, and other partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Workers' Compensation and Guest Claims departments.
- Manage confidential correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts.
- Complete accurate incident intake data.
- Return calls daily.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in claims processing or administrative support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- Florida 620 All-Lines Adjusters' License
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience with Business Objects
