About the position

The Guest Experience Agent at Local Kitchens is a remote role focused on providing exceptional support to guests through various communication channels, including text, email, and phone. The position aims to create memorable experiences for guests while working within a diverse and inclusive team environment. The role requires a passion for customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide magical support to our Guests via text and email using the Kustomer platform.
• Reply to business reviews on Yelp and Google My Business, as well as through our internal review process.
• Exceed Guest expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them.
• Stay up to date on evolving processes in order to most accurately assist and support our Guests and Kitchen Teams.
• Think of fun and innovative ways to go above and beyond for Guests.
• Facilitate the feedback loop with other internal teams such as Engineering, Kitchens, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and basic computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency with the Kustomer platform and Google Suites.
