About the position

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager at Dash In is responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations in a new retail location, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a 24/7 environment. This role involves leading a team, maintaining brand standards, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring and training a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Maintain Dash In brand standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement and a clean facility.
• Order products effectively to drive sales and protect inventory from loss.
• Achieve 3rd party audits and inspections that meet or exceed expectations.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, and/or retail environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.

Nice-to-haves

• Active ServSafe certification preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology including POS software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
