About the position

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the spa, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This role involves direct interaction with guests, managing appointments, and maintaining the front desk operations to support the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all guests upon checking in with a friendly smile
• Answering the phone with confidence and booking appointments for services
• Ensuring guests are directed to the appropriate service providers
• Communicating with assistants regarding guests' needs
• Confirming next-day appointments via text and phone calls
• Checking out guests with appropriate tickets and processing payments
• Reserving next appointments for guests' next visit
• Checking color formulas and inputting them into the computer system
• Attending monthly Front Desk Meetings
• Front facing all products in the lobby throughout the day
• Checking in and putting out orders from suppliers
• Weekly cleaning of product shelves
• Being a reliable asset to the team
• Willingness to learn and grow individually and as part of a team

Requirements

• Ability to greet guests warmly and professionally
• Strong communication skills for phone and in-person interactions
• Organizational skills to manage appointments and guest needs
• Basic computer skills for inputting information and processing payments
• Reliability and consistency in scheduling
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
