About the position
The Guest Experience Expert, also known as Spa Concierge, at Arch Amenities Group is responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for spa guests from check-in to check-out. This part-time role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork, requiring individuals who are reliable and eager to learn within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the 'Arch Amenities Group Experience' for guests by maintaining established standards.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Restocks linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
- Cleans and sanitizes wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas throughout the day.
- Escorts guests to changing areas courteously and timely.
- Explains locker room and bathroom setups to guests.
- Performs laundry duties, including folding linens.
- Maintains cleanliness and replenishes supplies as needed.
- Becomes knowledgeable about facility amenities to effectively communicate with guests.
- Greets every guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
- Informs management of any guest or facility issues.
- Reports incidents or accidents to management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational demeanor.
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
