Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
