About the position

The Hospitality Associate at Four Roses Distillery is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience at the Distillery Visitor Center. This role involves retail, ticketing, and general hospitality functions, ensuring that every visitor receives a high-end experience. The associate will engage with guests, manage cash handling, and maintain product knowledge to enhance the visitor experience. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to handle various tasks related to guest services and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-end hospitality experience from greeting to departure for every guest.
• Engage with guests in various settings, including in-person and via phone.
• Take and process reservation requests and assist walk-in guests with ticket sales.
• Maintain visual and brand standards for the visitor center.
• Accurately count in/receive new inventory and assist with pricing and organization.
• Support logistical needs for guest experiences and events.
• Manage guest dissatisfaction swiftly and discreetly, resolving issues as needed.
• Participate in marketing events and assist in related functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is necessary.
• Ability to adapt to POS, reservation software, and inventory management systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Bourbon or Tourism industry is preferred.
