The Guest Experience Lead (GEL) at McDonald's is responsible for creating positive interactions with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall dining experience. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with orders, and providing support to both customers and team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The GEL plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns that may arise during the dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any concerns from guests
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Requirements
- Outstanding attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be 16 years of age or older
