About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA is responsible for leading and coaching a team to ensure a positive and safe environment for both guests and staff. This role involves partnering with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, uphold food safety and quality standards, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned

Requirements

  • Hardworking and passionate about guest experience
  • Capable of leading and coaching a team
  • Ability to motivate and lead team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Experience in food and beverage management

  • Experience in a restaurant management role
