The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position involves leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and overseeing food and beverage management. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
• Be responsible for the entire guest experience
• Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
• Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

Requirements

• Culinary experience
• Mid-level Assistant manager experience
• Food safety knowledge
• Restaurant experience
