The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position involves leading and coaching team members, maintaining high standards in food safety and quality, and fostering a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers.
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience.
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards.
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget.
  • Put deliveries away and perform any additional duties assigned.
  • Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Hardworking and passionate about guest experience.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team effectively.
  • Experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain constant dialogue with team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
