About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA is responsible for leading and coaching a team to ensure a positive and safe environment for both guests and staff. This role involves partnering with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, uphold food safety and quality standards, and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to fostering a culture of positivity and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Mediterranean restaurant
  • Knowledge of food and beverage management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
