About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position involves leading and developing team members, maintaining high standards in food safety and quality, and overseeing food and beverage management. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away and perform additional assigned duties
  • Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth

Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards in food safety and quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Mediterranean or similar cuisine
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
