About the position

The Guest Experience Specialist at VIO Medspa is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests from the moment they contact the spa until they leave. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Specialist must embody the core values of VIO Medspa and provide excellent communication and administrative support while representing the brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience from initial contact to service completion.
• Schedule appointments accurately and manage guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide excellent communication and administrative services.
• Support the sales process and represent the V/O Med Spa brand positively.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs.
• Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE.

• Experience in supervising roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
