About the position
The Lobby Sanitizer/Guest Experience Lead/Food Runner position at McDonald's involves ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests while enhancing their overall experience. This role requires regular sanitization of lobby areas, front counters, and restrooms every 30 minutes, as well as immediate sanitization of seating after guests leave. The Guest Experience Leader plays a crucial role in interacting with guests throughout their visit, checking in on their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and assisting with self-order kiosks. This position also involves collaborating with other restaurant staff to maintain cleanliness and readiness to meet guests' needs, with a focus on providing special attention to families and guests with special needs. Additionally, the role includes sharing promotions and identifying areas for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sanitize all lobby, front counter and restroom touch points every 30 minutes.
- Sanitize every seating immediately after guest leaves.
- Check in with guests to inquire about their food and restaurant experience.
- Expertly handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist guests with self-order kiosks and troubleshoot common issues.
- Partner with other restaurant employees to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Assist families with children and guests with special needs.
- Share the latest restaurant promotions and special offers with guests.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and communicate these to management.
Requirements
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be 15 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

- Experience in customer service or food service industry.
