Responsibilities
- Greets patients upon admission to make them feel special and welcomed.
- Maintains a positive and encouraging demeanor with patients.
- Anticipates patients' needs and takes ownership of getting things done.
- Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to patients' rights and maintains confidentiality.
- Maintains cooperative and respectful working relationships with staff.
- Distributes and refreshes water pitchers for patients daily.
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Must be approachable and friendly.
