Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
• Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Provide information about salon services.
• Maintain an organized front desk area while ensuring all guest information is kept confidential.
• Support and work with team members to meet Service and Take Home goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and forward-focused attitude.
• Salon experience is a plus!

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of guest relations experience (preferred)
