The employee is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external guests.
• Clean hotel guest rooms and public areas according to company standards.
• Maintain a fun and friendly attitude with employees and guests.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Follow strict key control policy.
• Have thorough knowledge of special events and promotional activities.
• Assist guests with all reasonable requests.
• Complete all company required training within designated time frames.
• Act in ways that will surprise and delight guests.
• Leave guests with positive feelings about the property and establish/maintain relationships with them.
• Approach each situation with a 'yes we can' attitude.
• Complete alcohol training and acquire/maintain certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
