The Guest Service Agent at Drury Hotels serves as the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests and team members. This role involves front desk operations, guest assistance, and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality, all while promoting the Drury culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing.
  • Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests.
  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, and maintaining guest records.
  • Handle cash transactions and monitor guest satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including food preparation and guest service.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with handling money and using office machines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to work independently as scheduled.
