Responsibilities

  • Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing.
  • Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for guests and team members.
  • Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Perform front desk functions including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, and maintaining guest records.
  • Handle cash transactions and monitor guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including food preparation and clean-up.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.

Requirements

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with handling money and using office machines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to work independently as scheduled.
