Guest Service Ambassador

About the position

The Guest Service Ambassador at Gun Lake Casino Resort is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests while adhering to the Four Diamond Standard. This role involves various tasks such as handling currency exchanges, assisting with jackpots, performing minor machine repairs, and promoting the Rewards Program. The ambassador must ensure compliance with company policies and Title 31 procedures, safeguarding company assets and providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Four Diamond Standard Service to guests.
• Handle paper fills, jackpots, and minor machine repairs.
• Perform currency and coin exchanges.
• Sign up guests for the Rewards Program.
• Implement Title 31 procedures effectively.
• Observe and safeguard company assets.
• Maintain accountability of slot booth or bank during shifts.
• Complete transactions efficiently while adhering to regulations.
• Inform management of any illegal gaming activities.
• Keep work areas and casino floor clean and safe.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming events and promotions.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Understanding of Title 31 requirements.
• Ability to handle guest opportunities professionally and positively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
