Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and positive attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within company mandated service time.
• Suggestively upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service problems or complaints immediately and notifies the manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank, ensuring accountability for cash issued and received.
• Counts down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
• Notifies the Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are strictly observed and products are attractively displayed.
• Keeps the display case clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintains an adequate supply of iced tea and performs other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices, and operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and counting back change accurately.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Timely attendance for scheduled shifts is required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
