About The Position

The Guest Services Agent at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) plays a crucial role in enhancing the vacation experience for guests by providing exceptional service and support. This position involves checking guests into their accommodations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required based on company policy.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, and local activities.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, contacting other departments as needed.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys and amenities.
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department as necessary.
• Assist with bellman and runner duties as required.
