Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their stay.
  • Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
  • Provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
  • Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
  • Complete check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
