About the position

As a Guest Services Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have memorable vacations by providing excellent service from registration to checkout. Your friendly demeanor and hospitality will enhance the guest experience, making their stay enjoyable and seamless.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the registration process.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks as part of money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.
