About the position

The Guest Services Director at America's Keswick is responsible for establishing and maintaining a service culture that reflects Christ-like values within the Guest Services Department. This role involves overseeing guest service operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of guest service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage the guest services team and coordinate group and individual reservations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and maintain accurate records and forecasts.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and various departments, such as food service and housekeeping.
  • Supervise the sales contract process and manage the events calendar.
  • Oversee the reservation system and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Play a key role in staff development, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service-related field.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other proprietary programs.
  • Excellent leadership, discipleship, and team-building skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and sales/negotiation abilities.
