Guest Services Representative (part-time)

About the position

The Guest Services Representative is a part-time role focused on assisting in the daily operations of the Mt. Prospect Park District's RecPlex Facility and other community centers. This position involves welcoming guests, handling phone inquiries, processing registrations, and collecting fees, all under the supervision of the Center Director or Facility Manager. The role is integral to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in person and on the phone.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Process registrations and collect fees.
• Provide information on programs and services offered by the Park District.
• Assist in the daily operations of the RecPlex Facility and other centers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
