About the position
Samaritan's Purse is seeking a motivated and positive individual to serve as a Guest Services Representative for our Samaritan Inn in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. As a Guest Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to serve guests in all areas of the Samaritan Inn, including the front desk and housekeeping. Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in, and check-out guests when they arrive and depart the premises.
- Distribute keys and room assignments, and share information about amenities as needed.
- Maintain cleaning schedule priorities and clean guest rooms thoroughly per Samaritan Inn standards as needed.
- Assist the front desk and housekeeping on an as-needed basis.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
