Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to make them feel welcomed.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers in determining their needs and educate them on product selections.
• Support the management team in implementing merchandising and operational procedures.
• Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and quality presentation.
• Maintain current signage and display it properly.
• Stock and rotate products according to company direction.
• Efficiently operate the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Conceptualize ideas for floral decorations and home décor displays.
• Clean fixtures, shelves, backrooms, bathrooms, and floors as directed.
• Participate in learning and development activities.
