The Guest Services Specialist at BayCare Health System is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison for guests to access various services within the hospital and community. Responsibilities

  • Manage reception, registration, and check-in processes.
  • Oversee visitor management and waiting room management.
  • Handle document management and emergency response protocols.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills.
