About the position
The Guest Services Specialist at BayCare Health System is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison for guests to all services within the hospital and surrounding community. Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to guests.
- Act as a liaison to all services within the BayCare Health System's hospital and community.
- Manage reception, registration, and check-in processes.
- Oversee visitor management and waiting room management.
- Handle document management and environment of care responsibilities.
- Respond to emergency situations as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in a related field.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Advanced computer skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's degree preferred.
