Guest Services - Spring Mill Inn

About the position

The Guest Services position at Spring Mill Inn involves providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the upkeep of the inn. Employees will engage with guests in various capacities, including assisting with purchases at the camp store, concessions, and gift shop, as well as handling front-desk responsibilities and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment and enhancing the guest experience at one of Indiana's historic state park inns.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in the selection and purchase of items from the camp store as a Camp Store Attendant.
• Help guests with their purchases at concessions as a Concessions Attendant.
• Support guests in the gift shop as a Gift Shop Attendant.
• Provide information, answer questions, resolve issues, and manage front-desk monetary responsibilities as a Guest Services Representative.
• Perform front-desk operations during night hours as a Night Auditor.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to take care of guests' needs in a professional manner.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform.
• Ability to work in potentially inclement weather.
