About The Position
The Guest Services Supervisor at Cascade Hotel is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the evening shift, providing direct support to the General Manager and Director of Rooms. This role requires extensive knowledge of upscale hotel operations and the ability to train and motivate staff to ensure high-quality guest service. The supervisor will also participate in the Manager On Duty program and assist in various operational tasks to enhance the guest experience.
