The Guest Services Team Member position is a seasonal, non-exempt role within the Guest Services department. Team members will be considered for various positions in Admissions, Retail, or Rides, and may have opportunities to train in multiple areas based on the needs of the organization and supervisor discretion. The primary goal of this role is to ensure a memorable experience for all Zoo & Aquarium visitors by providing superior customer service and making all guests feel welcome. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, promoting events, and assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the Zoo & Aquarium.
