About the position

The position involves providing excellent customer service at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center, ensuring that customers are informed about games, services, and events. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Speaking Rock Entertainment Centers games and services to effectively explain to customers and clients.
  • Provide smooth, courteous, and efficient service to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of the property and current/upcoming special events to advise customers and fellow employees.
  • Facilitate the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Responsible for decoration of Speaking Rock Entertainment Center based on promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Culturally sensitive to minority populations, especially Native Americans.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and shows intense enjoyment and interest in the role.
  • Works well as a member of a team.
