About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and roof cleaning in various residential and commercial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and window cleaning in assigned areas.
• Work as a solo technician when required.
• Utilize ladders safely to clean high surfaces as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
• Maintain great communication with management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the utilization of ladders is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in terms of responsiveness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
