About the position

The Crew Lead for FINNMARK's gutter division is responsible for managing a team of three in the installation and repair of gutters in HOA communities and multi-family complexes across Oregon and Washington. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with the construction division for large-scale projects, while also requiring outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 3-person team responsible for gutter installations and repairs.
• Conduct safety meetings and perform equipment inspections.
• Manage supply inventory and address minor team issues.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and with quality outcomes.
• Lead, manage, and train crew members in safe work practices.
• Record and submit accurate job data relating to daily services performed.
• Work at heights using OSHA approved PPE and safety equipment.
• Communicate pertinent information to supervisors and customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gutter installation and repair, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to manage and lead a 3-person crew, including addressing minor discipline issues.
• Proficiency with specialized tools and equipment used for gutter installation, repair, and inspections.
• High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues efficiently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work from rooftops and ladders.
