About the position

The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) at Apple is responsible for leading and implementing global strategic changes within the Supplier portfolio of the AppleCare Global Vendor Strategy (GVS) team. This role involves collaborating with regional Direction & Planning teams to manage complex projects that significantly impact the Supplier network, ensuring successful project initiation, planning, execution, and closure while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement global strategic changes within the Supplier portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional Direction & Planning teams on various project categories.
  • Manage the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
  • Communicate project expectations, updates, and risks to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Oversee complex implementation projects involving extensive partner engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with numerous work streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects and change initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of contact center operations and infrastructure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate at multiple levels of engagement, including senior-level audiences.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and focus on critical tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technical support or customer care contact center operations.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • PMI Agile Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Wrike and JIRA.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with peers.
