About the position

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as instructors and program leaders. This role involves working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, utilizing movement-based learning and imaginative play to foster their physical development and confidence. As part of our family-oriented environment, you will contribute to the growth and development of children while enjoying a fun and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics and movement-based classes to children of various age groups.
• Engage with children and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Plan and execute fun and educational activities that promote physical development.
• Assist in organizing and leading birthday parties and special events.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to children to help build their confidence and skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Basic knowledge of gymnastics or physical education is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience in early childhood education or child development.
• Background in gymnastics, dance, or sports coaching.
