We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at the new Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop in Mountain House, CA. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, and Smoothies.
• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize customer area, production area, and back-room/storage.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.

• Ability to relocate to Mountain House, CA before starting work.
