About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining the sales floor, processing transactions, and promoting the H&M Loyalty program. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet customer expectations while adhering to H&M's standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with customers in service areas and on the sales floor.
• Support the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments.
• Unload delivery truck, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label it with security tags.
• Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Ring on the register, handle transactions, issue receipts, and fold merchandise for customers.
• Educate and promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers.
• Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a positive working environment.
• Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation regarding health & safety and security routines.
