About the position

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include actively selling products, providing fashion and product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. You will collaborate with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store.
• Engage with customers to promote products and provide information on fashion trends.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Support commercial actions to achieve sales targets with the management team.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Contribute to attractive merchandise displays and maintain stock levels.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or service-related industries.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
