About the position

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their shopping experience. Your role will involve using your fashion knowledge to assist customers, promoting products, and maintaining a tidy sales environment. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store.
• Engage with customers to promote products and provide information on fashion trends.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Support commercial actions to reach sales targets with the management team.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Contribute to attractive merchandise displays and maintain stock levels.

Requirements
