H&M Sales Advisor

About the position

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the store experience. Your role will involve actively selling products, providing support and guidance, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. You will leverage your fashion knowledge to enhance customer interactions and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store.
• Engage with customers to promote products and provide information on fashion trends.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Support the store management team in achieving sales targets through commercial actions.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Contribute to attractive merchandise displays and maintain stock levels.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and products.
