About the position

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include actively selling products, providing fashion and product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. You will work closely with your team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience while promoting H&M's values and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products effectively.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and share relevant information with customers.
• Support commercial actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Participate in onboarding and training processes to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Ensure good garment care and presentation according to visual guidelines.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Support with store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or service-related industries.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
