About the position

As a Retail Sales Associate at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a stylish shopping environment. Your role involves engaging with customers, assisting them in finding products, and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing. You will also handle transactions and promote the H&M Loyalty program, all while adhering to company standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with customers to provide the best customer experience.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
• Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label items with security tags.
• Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Handle transactions at the register, issue receipts, and package merchandise appropriately.
• Promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers.
• Share knowledge and skills with colleagues to foster a positive working environment.
• Follow safety, security, and administrative procedures in all areas of the store.

Requirements

• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
