The HR Generalist will also be expected to interact with all levels of the organization, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS HR/payroll systems preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and regulatory knowledge in employment matters.
