About The Position
The Habilitation Aide plays a crucial role in supporting residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with their habilitation needs. This position involves working under the direction of the Clinical Service Manager to provide maintenance range of motion, assist therapists, and ensure the availability and functionality of therapy and adaptive equipment. The aide will engage closely with residents and staff to meet individual habilitation goals as outlined in their Ohio Individual Support Plan (ISP).
