About the position

The HAC Warehouse Specialist is a critical role responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and stocking of machines and parts inventory. This position involves overseeing logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The specialist will interact with freight carriers, inspect incoming products, and coordinate stock deliveries, all while adhering to company standards and promoting a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Inspect all incoming products for quality and damage.
• Ensure proper organization of parts and equipment in the inventory management system.
• Conduct random inventory cycle counts as requested by management.
• Confirm shipping accuracy by verifying part numbers and quantities against order paperwork.
• Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with third-party carriers.
• Receive stock deliveries, unpack, and put away in correct locations.
• Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
• Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches and stage service parts for technicians.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and OSHA rules and company ISO quality standards.
• Label units and equipment for visibility and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Degree required; Associate degree or post high school training preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehousing, inventory management, and logistics experience.
• Skilled forklift operations experience and certification required.
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Air compressor experience is a plus.
