About The Position
Snip-its is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hair Salon Manager / Hair Stylist for its Pearland, TX location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is eager to manage a talented team in a fun and supportive environment. As a Hair Salon Manager at Snip-its, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for children during their haircuts, while also leading a skilled salon staff. The salon caters to families with children aged 6 months to 12 years, providing a safe and exciting atmosphere for hair cutting and styling. With over 25 years of experience and 40+ locations across the U.S., Snip-its is a leading kids' salon franchise that values its employees and their contributions to the business. In this role, you will enjoy competitive pay based on your experience, tips averaging $1400 per month, and the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $500. You will also benefit from new hire referral bonuses, monthly incentives, and ongoing training and development opportunities. The salon operates with a convenient schedule, closing at 6 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
